Phenoluxe is built around a simple rule: health and genetic data should be handled with restraint, transparency, and deletion paths that actually work.

What we collect today

The public site currently collects waitlist and contact data only. That can include your email address, source or referral label, IP address, browser user agent, verification token status, and timestamps.

We use this data to confirm your waitlist signup, prevent basic abuse, reply to messages, and send early access updates.

Health and DNA data

The current waitlist does not ask you to upload raw DNA files, blood tests, symptoms, or medical records.

Future Phenoluxe product features are intended to use privacy-first processing, including client-side DNA parsing where raw files stay in your browser unless a feature clearly asks for a different storage choice. Interpreted marker storage will follow data minimization: keep only what is needed to power the product.

How we use data

To reserve and confirm your waitlist position.
To send launch, beta, and product updates you asked for.
To protect the service from spam, bots, and abuse.
To answer support, privacy, partnership, or research messages.
To improve the product using aggregated, non-identifying signals.

What we do not do

We do not sell your email address.
We do not sell health, genetic, or biomarker data.
We do not use waitlist data for third-party ad targeting.
We do not present genetic associations as diagnosis.

Service providers

We may use infrastructure, database, email, hosting, security, and analytics providers to run the service. They only receive the data needed to perform their function. If production analytics are added, they should be privacy-respecting and cookieless by default.

Retention and deletion

Waitlist entries are kept until the beta launch, until you unsubscribe, or until you ask us to delete them. Abuse prevention logs may be kept for a limited period when needed to protect the service.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export your personal data. We will honor valid requests where applicable law requires it, and we will try to make the process painless because paperwork cosplay is not the product.
