Terms of Use
Clear rules, no legal fog machine.
These terms cover the Phenoluxe website, waitlist, and future early access product. The short version: use it honestly, do not treat visualizations as medical diagnosis, and do not upload data you have no right to use.

Acceptance
By using the Phenoluxe website, joining the waitlist, or accessing a beta product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Informational use only
Phenoluxe provides visual and educational interfaces for personal health data. It is not a medical device, diagnostic service, treatment plan, emergency service, or replacement for a qualified clinician.
Genetic variants, biomarkers, and system scores are risk and context signals. They are not diagnoses. If something looks serious, take it to a real medical professional, not to a glowing dashboard with a good font stack.
Early access status
Phenoluxe is in early development. Features may change, break, pause, disappear, or be rebuilt as the product matures. Waitlist access does not guarantee a specific launch date, feature set, or pricing model.
Your responsibilities
- Use the service only for lawful purposes.
- Provide accurate contact information when joining the waitlist.
- Only upload or enter health data you have the right to use.
- Do not attempt to scrape, attack, reverse engineer, or abuse the service.
- Do not use Phenoluxe for emergency, diagnostic, or treatment decisions.
Data uploads
Future product features may allow DNA, biomarker, symptom, or health record uploads. When those features ship, additional consent screens and data-specific terms may apply. Family, partner, or third-party genetic data must not be uploaded without proper permission.
Intellectual property
The Phenoluxe name, interface, visuals, copy, code, and product design belong to Phenoluxe or its licensors. You keep ownership of your own personal data. Feedback you send may be used to improve the product without obligation to compensate you.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available, but early products sometimes fall over like a legacy monolith after one innocent deploy. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Phenoluxe is provided as is and without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or medical decision-related damages arising from use of the site or product.
